  Why is it we must put a value on our health? When are we going to start taking care of ourselves before others? Let's face it, we are what we eat. What we put into our bodies influences our health and the way we feel. We live in a world where money rules. We study to get a job and then we have the objective to earn big. We are constantly thinking of how to earn the next big buck, or how to aim for promotions and higher salaries. There is no doubt that money is not significant, but your health is even more important.
